Early Bird Pricing (Through September 20th):

  • Faculty/Professional Registration: $150 per person
  • Student Registration: $50 per person

Regular Pricing (After September 20th):

  • Faculty/Professional Registration: $175 per person
  • Student Registration: $75 per person

Group Payments

  • PAYMENT FOR GROUPS: Form must be mailed by September 8th to confirm receipt prior to Annual Conference.
